6 essentials you need to pack when skipping the winter cold

After All, vitamin D deficiency is strongly linked to depression, while sunlight is strongly linked to better mood. And who doesn’t want to lift their spirits? People who live in a climate where seasonal change brings the onslaught of rain, heavy clouds and other forces of nature that render the sun to be very limited in supply. You can start by changing your screensaver with a picture of a sunny beach and dream a dream to warm up your bones in a warm destination. Bet when imagination fails to produce Vitamin D, you can always book a trip to a warm destination. Here’s what you shouldn’t leave behind when going on your vacay.
